"I was disappointed with my order from Pascal..."
I was disappointed with my order from Pascal Design. The box felt really thin and was already kind of crushed when it arrived, so it wasn’t too surprising that the item inside had marks on it. For the price, I expected much better packaging. Has anyone else had the same issue with their orders arriving damaged?

"Just didn’t feel very professional"
It just didn’t feel professional to me. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the whole experience had that vibe where places like this never seem fully organized.
"It never really got sorted out"
I had an issue with my order the support replies were vague. They kept saying they’d check on it or look into that, but I never really knew what that meant. It took days to hear back each time, and by the end, the whole thing still wasn’t actually fixed. I probably wouldn’t use them again
"Took "way longer" than promised"
The project ended up dragging on much longer than I was told it would. I also didn’t get updates until late, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be

"Didn’t feel trustworthy to me"
I tried checking out pascaldesign.com, but it just didn’t give me a good feeling. I kept looking around for basic info about who’s behind it, how problems are handled, and what happens if something goes wrong, but I ended up with more questions than answers.
Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I got tired of wasting my energy digging for details that should’ve been easy to find. If a site feels unclear or sketchy, I’m not putting my money into it, so I backed out.

"Slow customer service was frustrating"
I had to wait days just to get a response, which was frustrating. When they finally got back to me, the answers felt kind of rushed and didn’t really make up for the wait. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, but it definitely wasn’t great either.

"Left Hanging After My Purchase"
I bought the product and then basically got no real help afterward. The support has been really frustrating, and nobody made it clear what I was supposed to do next or who to contact. I kept waiting for some kind of guidance, but it just felt like I was on my own after paying.

I sent my order back weeks ago and still haven’t seen a refund. I keep checking my account thinking maybe it’ll just show up, but nope. Every time I contact support, it’s basically another excuse or some vague update. I don’t know, I expected the return part to be simple, but it’s just been dragging on and getting frustrating

"Not a great experience overall"
Thinking back on my time using pascaldesign.com, I mostly remember feeling confused and a bit frustrated. I expected the site to be easier to figure out, but it never really felt smooth or straightforward to me.
Maybe other people have had a better experience, but based on what I remember, it just wasn’t worth the time. I don’t think I’d go back or use it again.

"Slow replies and unclear updates"
I reached out to pascaldesign.com and, i had to wait a long time to hear back. When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so... I ended up just waiting around again. Maybe they were busy or something, but yeah, the response time was really poor in my case. Not a great experience for me

"Felt like the little things got overlooked"
I don’t want to make it sound like everything was terrible, but it felt like nobody was really paying attention to the small stuff and those little missed details kept popping up everywhere, which got frustrating after a while.

"Communication could’ve been clearer"
My experience with Pascal Design was okay, but the communication wasn’t super clear. Some of the emails were a bit hard to follow, and I found myself going back through receipts and messages trying to figure out basic details like timing. I had to ask a couple of follow-up questions that I felt should’ve been covered up front. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it made the whole process more confusing than it needed to be

This was hit or miss for me. At first, the service seemed fine, but once I thought about what I paid, I just expected a lot more attention and better quality. It didn’t feel like the value was there, and I ended up feeling a bit disappointed. Maybe other people have a better experience, but I personally wouldn’t spend the money on it again.

The whole installation process was a mess for me. The instructions didn’t really make sense, and when I needed help, support took way too long to get back to me. I ended up spending way more of my own time on it than I should have, and even after all that, I was still dealing with issues. I wouldn’t go through this again

I was just trying to change a few things to make it fit what I wanted, but the custom options were really limited. I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over, and it still didn’t really get me any closer to what I had in mind. Frustrating overall...

"Revisions dragged on way longer than expected"
The wording made it sound like revisions would be simple and handled quickly, but that really wasn’t my experience. The updates took way too long, some of the changes I asked for were missed, and I ended up having to explain the same things more than once. It got frustrating after a while.

I ordered this because the website made it look way nicer than it actually was. When it showed up, I was confused because the photos and description made it seem like one thing, but what I got looked cheaper and some of the details didn’t match at all.
I know stuff can look a little different in person, but this felt like more than just lighting or angles. I reached out to customer service, but that didn’t really clear anything up or help much. I definitely wouldn’t order it again.

"Easy ordering, but delivery dragged"
Ordering was simple enough, and I didn’t focus too much on anything after checkout except the tracking. That’s where it got annoying, the shipping updates were sparse, and the item showed up later than I expected. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great.

"The design felt outdated"
I wasn’t really impressed with the design. The pages felt kind of messy and old... like they had been put together quickly without much attention to how everything looked.
The colors and layout just didn’t work for me, and browsing wasn’t very enjoyable. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but I was expecting something a bit more polished!
